Bitwarden as a Service

A password manager for your whole organization, maintained by us in a Polish data center: shared team vaults, SSO, password complexity policies, MFA and reporting. No more passwords in spreadsheets and on sticky notes — and no more one password for everything.

Who it's for

Who uses this service

  • Companies where system passwords are "in Mark's Excel file"
  • Regulated entities required to manage privileged access
  • Organizations implementing Zero Trust and MFA

When it makes sense

Signs that the time is right

  • An audit or pentest revealed shared administrator passwords
  • A departing employee knew passwords that nobody changed
  • Your security policy requires a password manager, but nobody has deployed one

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Why not Bitwarden Cloud?

You can use it — we also help deploy the cloud version. A self-hosted instance gives you control over where your data resides, which is often a requirement in regulated sectors.

Can the administrator see users' passwords?

No — vaults are encrypted on the user's side. The administrator manages structure and policies, not content.

What about passwords for administrative systems?

Shared vaults for IT teams with access control and history; for privileged access, we also recommend PAM.
