How it works

What is IT body leasing?

Body leasing (also called staff leasing or staff augmentation) means that we lease you an IT specialist for as long as you need one. The engineer joins your team, works in your tools and processes and takes tasks directly from your managers — just like your own employee.

Formally the specialist stays with Remote Admin. We handle the contract, recruitment, training, holiday cover and replacements, and you receive one monthly invoice with a report of hours worked. You get the skills without months of recruiting, without employment costs and without the risk of a bad hire.

  • You manage the work and priorities
  • We guarantee skills, availability and cover
  • From one hour to a full-time, multi-year engagement

Comparison

Body leasing, outsourcing or recruitment?

Four body leasing models

Full-time leasing

A specialist working only for you, full-time, as part of your team — in your tools, meetings and processes. Billed as a fixed monthly fee, with holiday cover provided by us.

Part-time leasing

An engineer assigned to your organization for an agreed commitment — for example two days a week. Ideal when you need a senior specialist, but not every day.

Team leasing

A complete, well-coordinated team — e.g. administrator + DevOps + security specialist — with a technical lead on our side. You define the goals; we are responsible for staffing, continuity and quality.

Hours on demand

A pool of expert hours used flexibly: consultations, interventions, configuration reviews, project support. Billed monthly based on actual usage — minimum unit 1 hour — with an hours report attached to every invoice.

03

Specialists available for body leasing

  • Cybersecurity and hardening specialists
  • Virtualization engineers (Proxmox, Hyper-V, HA clusters)
  • Backup and disaster recovery specialists

Benefits

Why companies choose body leasing

Start in days, not months

Specialist profiles within 48 hours and work starting as soon as access is ready.

No recruitment or employment costs

No job ads, recruitment agencies, notice periods, benefits or equipment — one invoice a month.

Scale up and down

Add people for a migration or a peak season and reduce the team when the project ends.

Replacement and cover

Holidays, sick leave or a change of specialist do not stop your work — we provide cover within the team.

Experience from regulated sectors

Engineers who know the standards of finance, the public sector and industry, including DORA and NIS2 requirements.

Full control and confidentiality

You set priorities and grant access; every engagement includes an NDA and a data processing agreement.

In practice

04

Leased specialists who don't disappear

The biggest risk of body leasing is staff turnover and the loss of knowledge about your environment. That's why our dedicated teams work in a redundant model: at least two engineers know every area, environment documentation is written continuously in your knowledge base, and a technical lead ensures consistent decisions.

  • a stable lineup with named individuals assigned to the contract,
  • cover within the team — vacations or sick leave don't stop the work,
  • transferable documentation: the knowledge stays with you, not in people's heads,
  • a quarterly engagement review: goals, quality, skills development plan.

Questions and answers

IT body leasing FAQ

What is IT body leasing?

IT body leasing is a form of cooperation in which an IT company provides its specialist to work in the client's team for a specified time. The specialist carries out tasks set by the client and works in the client's tools and processes, while the IT company remains the contracting party and takes care of the contract, replacements and continuity.

How does body leasing differ from IT outsourcing?

With outsourcing, we take responsibility for the service and its SLA (for example server administration). With body leasing, we provide people who work under your direction and within your processes — responsibility for priorities stays with you, while we guarantee skills, availability and cover. Both models can be combined.

Is body leasing the same as staff augmentation?

In practice, yes. Body leasing, staff leasing and IT staff augmentation all describe the same model: external specialists who strengthen your team and work under your management for as long as you need them.

Who manages the leased specialist?

You do. You assign tasks, set priorities and include the specialist in your meetings and tools. On our side, a technical lead supports the specialist, ensures quality and organizes cover.

How quickly can a specialist start?

We usually present matched profiles within 48 hours of your request. After an optional technical interview and signing the NDA and data processing agreement, the specialist starts as soon as you grant access.

What if the specialist is not the right fit?

Tell us — we will propose another engineer from the team and organize a handover so that knowledge about your environment is not lost.

Can the specialist work at our office?

Yes — we work remotely, hybrid or on-site, as agreed. In Silesia and around Katowice we can arrange on-site presence the fastest; for other locations we agree on a visit schedule.

How does billing work?

An hourly rate that depends on role and seniority, with a minimum unit of 1 hour. Every invoice includes a report of hours worked with task descriptions. For dedicated specialists and teams, a flat fee for an agreed commitment is also possible.

What about confidentiality and access?

Every contract includes an NDA and — where personal data is involved — a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. You grant access in your own environment, following the principle of least privilege; on request, we work on your hardware and accounts.

Can we hire the leased specialist permanently?

If, after working together, you want to bring an engineer onto your own team, we discuss transfer terms openly — we prefer fair arrangements to clauses that hold people back.
