Service details

Why a dedicated server?

A dedicated server gives you a whole physical machine: every processor core, every gigabyte of RAM and every disk works only for your applications. There are no neighbours competing for resources, so performance stays stable, and you decide about the operating system, software and security settings.

Full computing power

All of the machine's resources — CPU, RAM and disks — are yours alone. Zero sharing, predictable performance.

Enterprise hardware

Intel Xeon Gold processors, ECC memory that corrects errors on the fly and enterprise-class SSD and NVMe drives.

Full control

Root or administrator access, any operating system and any software — including your own virtualization platform.

Enterprise-class security

Anti-DDoS protection, redundant power, 24/7 monitoring and physical access control in the data center.

Modern data centers

Servers run in professional data centers in Poland (Katowice, Gdańsk) and other EU locations, with multiple independent network carriers.

Room to grow

Add RAM, disks or IP addresses as your business grows, or move to a larger server from the list.

Questions and answers

FAQ – Dedicated servers

What is a dedicated server?

A dedicated server is a physical machine reserved exclusively for a single client. Unlike shared hosting or a VPS, all of the CPU power, RAM and disk space is available to you alone. This guarantees stability, high performance and full control over your infrastructure.

When should I choose a dedicated server over a VPS or shared hosting?

If your project requires substantial computing power, many concurrent users, large amounts of RAM or a custom configuration, a dedicated server is the best choice. It is ideal for online stores, ERP/CRM systems, databases, virtualization and AI/ML applications. For smaller projects a VPS is usually more cost-effective.

What are the main advantages of a dedicated server?
  • Full computing power just for you
  • Enterprise hardware: Intel Xeon Gold, ECC memory, SSD and NVMe
  • A higher level of security and DDoS protection
  • Freedom to install any operating system and software
  • A stable environment with no performance drops caused by other users
Can I manage the server myself, or do I need an administrator?

You have two options: manage the server yourself with full root access, or outsource administration to our experts. As part of our managed service, we handle configuration, monitoring and updates, and keep your environment secure.

Where are the servers located?

Our dedicated servers are located in modern data centers in Poland (Katowice, Gdańsk) and in selected locations across Europe. All facilities are protected by backup power systems, 24/7 monitoring and multiple independent network carriers.

What is a dedicated server best suited for?
  • large portals and online stores,
  • business applications (ERP, CRM),
  • databases, including in-memory databases,
  • virtualization and building a private cloud,
  • test and development environments,
  • big data analytics and machine learning,
  • game hosting and online streaming.
How are the servers secured?

Every server is protected by Anti-DDoS systems, redundant power and physical security in the data center. We also offer optional firewalls, IDS/IPS systems and 24/7 security monitoring.

How quickly is a dedicated server provisioned?

Servers from our range are usually ready quickly after the payment is booked; under our terms of service we deliver within at most 2 business days. Custom configurations may take longer — we confirm the date in the offer.

Can I upgrade my server while using it?

Yes — you can increase specifications such as RAM, disk space or the number of IP addresses, or move to a larger server from our range. Your infrastructure grows with your business.

What does ECC memory and NVMe mean?

ECC (Error-Correcting Code) memory detects and corrects memory errors on the fly, which prevents crashes and data corruption — a standard in professional servers. NVMe drives connect directly to the PCI Express bus and are several times faster than SATA SSDs, which makes a big difference for databases and I/O-heavy applications.

What technical support will I get?

We provide 24/7 technical support. Our administrators help with both configuration and ongoing maintenance of your environment. You can count on a fast response to any issues or questions about your server.

Not sure what to choose?

We'll match the configuration to your application.

A short call with an engineer, not a salesperson: traffic, requirements, budget. If a cheaper package will do, we'll tell you.
