We don't sell servers and we don't sell reports. We take responsibility for making sure the client's IT works, complies with the law and can withstand an attack.
Remote Admin grew out of a simple observation: companies buy infrastructure from one vendor, audits from another and pentests from a third — and nobody is responsible for the whole. We built a model in which Audit identifies the gaps, IT Security closes them and Cloud Computing sustains the result. The client has one board-level point of contact and one contract.
We work mainly for financial institutions, the public sector and industry — where regulations are strictest and mistakes cost the most. We know DORA, NIS2 and the requirements of the KNF (Polish Financial Supervision Authority) not only from the technical side, but also from the contractual and audit side. That shortens implementations and eliminates surprises during inspections.
