The extension (the part after the dot) tells visitors where you operate and what kind of organization you are. Many companies register several extensions of the same name to protect their brand.

How do I register a domain?
Type the name in the domain search above. If it is available, click "Register", choose the registration period and nameservers, enter your details and pay online. The whole order takes two steps.
How long does domain registration take?
Most domains are registered shortly after the payment is booked. Paying online (card, BLIK or fast transfer) is the quickest way; a traditional bank transfer takes longer because we wait for the money to arrive.
How do I transfer a domain to Remote Admin?
Search for your domain — if it is registered elsewhere, you will see a "Transfer" button. Before ordering, ask your current registrar for the authorization code (EPP / AuthInfo) and make sure the domain is not locked for transfer. Enter the code in the order form; the transfer usually includes a one-year renewal of the domain.
What is an EPP (AuthInfo) code?
It is a password assigned to the domain by the registry, which proves that you are its owner and authorizes the transfer to another registrar. You get it from your current registrar, usually in their client panel or on request.
Will my website and e-mail work during a transfer?
Yes, as long as the nameservers stay the same. A transfer changes the registrar, not the DNS configuration, so your website and e-mail keep working. If you also want to move DNS to our servers, we will help you copy the records first.
Can I use my own DNS servers?
Yes. When ordering you can choose our nameservers or enter your own (NS1 and NS2). You can change the nameservers later in the client area.
Can I register a domain for more than one year?
Yes. Depending on the extension, you can prepay the registration for several years. The available periods and prices are shown when you order.
What happens when my domain is about to expire?
We send renewal reminders and an invoice before the expiry date. Pay it on time and the domain is renewed for another period. If a domain is not renewed, it stops working and after the registry's grace period may become available to others — so do not leave renewals to the last minute.
Who can register a .eu domain?
A .eu domain can be registered by companies and organizations established in the European Union or the European Economic Area, by residents of these countries and by EU citizens living elsewhere.
Are the prices net or gross?
All prices on this page are net. VAT is added at checkout, and the order summary shows the gross amount before you pay.
