It is a central government solution that covers the entire document lifecycle — from creation, through approval and assignment, to archiving.

What is EZD RP?
EZD RP is a central government system for electronic document management in public administration. It supports the whole lifecycle of a document — registration, approval, assignment, handling and archiving — in one place, with a full audit trail.
Who can use EZD RP?
Public administration bodies and entities performing public tasks — offices, agencies, inspectorates and institutions that handle official correspondence and need documented, compliant document flow.
Do we have to buy the software?
No. EZD RP is made available centrally to public entities. Our service covers everything around it: deployment, the infrastructure it runs on, integrations, training and ongoing maintenance.
Where is the system and our data hosted?
On dedicated resources in a Polish Tier III data center with ISO 27001 certification, so the data stays in Poland and under Polish jurisdiction.
Does it support e-Delivery (e-Doręczenia)?
Yes. EZD RP supports the e-Delivery standard, and we configure the integration during deployment along with electronic signatures and the other systems you use.
What about security and KSC 2.0 / NIS2?
The environment is hardened, monitored and backed up, with access control and logging. We can also audit your organization against NIS2 / KSC 2.0 and add continuous vulnerability scanning or SOC monitoring.
Do you train our staff?
Yes. We run training for clerks who work with documents every day and for administrators who manage the system, and we stay available for questions after go-live.
What does maintenance include?
Monitoring of the environment, updates, backups with restore tests, technical support under an SLA and help with user issues — so your IT team does not have to become EZD RP specialists.
Can you migrate us from another system?
Yes. We plan the transition together: what data is migrated, how the parallel run is organized and how the cutover is scheduled, so daily work at the office is not disrupted.
How do we start?
