Managed backup for virtual machines, servers, databases, Microsoft 365 and workstations — built on Veeam and Proxmox Backup Server, with the 3-2-1 rule, encryption, immutable copies and restores tested every quarter.
Service details
A backup is only worth as much as the last successful restore. That is why we do not sell "disk space with a script": we design the backup policy, run it on enterprise platforms and verify regularly that the data really comes back — and how long it takes.
Day to day we operate two platforms for our clients at scale: Veeam, where we hold a Pro Partner certification, and Proxmox Backup Server. Between them they cover virtual machines, physical servers, workstations, Microsoft 365 and cloud services — with copies stored in a second location and protection against ransomware.
Platforms
We deploy both platforms in bulk across our client environments, which means we know their strengths, their limits and how to size them. The choice depends on what you run — and the two often work side by side.
Remote Admin is a certified Veeam Pro Partner.
The natural choice for Proxmox and Linux environments.
Coverage
Proxmox VE, VMware and Hyper-V — whole machines with the option to restore a single file.
Physical servers, dedicated servers and VPS — ours and those hosted with other providers.
Consistent copies of MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL and MS SQL, taken without stopping the application.
Mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams — retained for as long as your policy requires.
Employee computers with Windows, Linux or macOS, backed up automatically in the background.
File shares, NAS devices and other cloud services, with copies kept in our infrastructure.
Method
Modern attacks look for backups first. That is why our policies use immutable or client-side encrypted copies, separate credentials for the backup system, off-site copies that the production environment cannot delete, and verification jobs that detect damage early. When a restore is needed, you have a clean copy — and no reason to negotiate with criminals.
We start by asking two questions: how much data can you afford to lose (RPO) and how long can the service be down (RTO). The answers decide how often copies are taken, where they are stored and how they are restored — from restoring a single file to bringing a whole environment back up on our infrastructure.
How we work

Questions and answers
A backup is a duplicate of files, systems or an entire IT infrastructure, created to protect data against loss. It lets you restore everything that was saved in the event of a system failure, user error, hardware damage or a hacker attack — documents, databases, device configurations and mail archives.
Backups protect against events that destroy data permanently: fire, theft, power failure or hardware damage. They are also the answer to ransomware, because they let you recover encrypted files without negotiating with criminals. And they keep the business running — cutting downtime after a failure from weeks to hours.
Both, and we run them for our clients at scale. Veeam covers VMware and Hyper-V, physical machines, laptops and Microsoft 365, and offers immutable copies; Proxmox Backup Server is the natural fit for Proxmox and Linux environments, with incremental-forever backups, deduplication and client-side encryption. In many environments we combine them — the choice follows your infrastructure, not our preference.
Keep three copies of your data, on two different types of media, with at least one copy off-site. We add a fourth element: zero errors, confirmed by regular restore tests — a copy you have never restored is only a promise.
In practice we combine them: periodic full copies with incremental backups in between, plus deduplication so repeated data is stored only once.
As often as your RPO requires — that is, how much data you can afford to lose. Operational data such as orders or invoices is usually backed up daily, critical databases several times a day, and archives weekly or monthly.
With immutable or client-side encrypted copies, separate credentials for the backup system, copies stored outside the production environment and verification jobs that detect corruption. Even if the attacker gains admin rights in your environment, the copies stay intact.
A single file or mailbox item usually within minutes. A whole server or environment depends on the amount of data, the connection and the agreed RTO — which is exactly what we measure during restore tests, so the number in your plan is real.
Yes. We back up VPS and dedicated servers from other providers, workstations and other cloud services — the minimum storage differs for each case and is shown in the engagement models above.
In our data centers in Poland, with the option of copies in a second region or on S3. Data is encrypted, and with Proxmox Backup Server the encryption happens on your side — we hold copies we cannot read.
You avoid buying and maintaining your own backup hardware, get an off-site copy by default, and the whole process is automated and monitored — which removes the most common failure of on-premise backup: nobody checks whether the jobs still run.
