IT Sales Representative — Warsaw

Build Remote Admin's presence in Warsaw and Mazovia: banks, fintech companies, public institutions and corporate head offices. You sell accountability — audits, security and 24/7 maintenance — not hosting. You work directly with our board.

What we expect

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in B2B sales of IT or security services (min. 2 years)
  • Understanding of how an audit differs from a pentest, and an SLA from hosting
  • Ability to run the whole process independently, from first contact to signed contract
  • Ability to talk to decision-makers, not only to the procurement department
  • Willingness to meet clients on site across Warsaw and Mazovia
  • Knowledge of DORA / NIS2 at client-conversation level is a plus

Terms of employment

Base salary + uncapped commission, with a sales plan agreed together

A pipeline of leads from the regulated sector and from our hosting and VPS client base

Presales support — an engineer joins every important meeting

Company car or car allowance, phone, laptop

Hybrid work: your own city, client visits, our Katowice office when you need it
